Color-Changing Bird Coffee Mug

Apparently, the birds need coffee before they show their colors, too. Pour a hot drink into this mug and the black-and-white artwork reveals colorful birds and flowers, including a Blue Jay and a parrot. The heat-sensitive design wraps around the cup, giving a bird lover something to admire between sips without needing to face one particular panel toward them.

The 12-ounce capacity keeps it in regular coffee-and-tea territory, not oversized desk-bucket territory. I like this for a birdwatcher’s desk, especially if their usual bird sightings involve looking hopefully through an office window.
